Abstract

This study has aim to examine the administrative behavior of school principals and its effect on quality assurance and students’ achievement in secondary schools through the evaluation of relevant researches. The primary responsibility of the principal in school is to enhance academic achievement. The exploration of this study focused that the job of principal necessitates the implementation of requisite administrative tactics, underscoring the importance for principals to possess effective administrative frameworks that promote exemplary leadership models. Educational Administration pertains to the governance of the institution. In the educational institutions, individuals and physical resources are combined to achieve academic goals.
