Abstract

The main objective of the study was to measure the effectiveness of Field Trip in Science Subject. Population was the students studying in standard 6th of Gujarati medium schools of Amreli city. The students included in the study were selected from Shree Saraswati Vidhyamandir, Amreli. Total 64 students (32+32) were selected as final sample. Achievement test was constructed by the researcher for data collection. Researcher used experimental research method and Two- Group Randomized Pre-Test Post-Test Research Design. The researcher used t-test as data analysis techniques. Analysis shows that field trip method and traditional method both are equally effective in the respective topic of science standard 6.
