Abstract

This paper examines the intersection of legal frameworks and feminist narratives in English literature, highlighting how literary works have reflected, influenced, and responded to women’s legal rights and empowerment. Through an analysis of key literary texts, feminist literary criticism, and historical legal developments, this study explores the role of literature in shaping and challenging societal norms.
